I'm thinking of taking a trip to see the Humboldt area of CA. Having never been up there I am wondering if there are any good cafés or should I bring my own coffee? Search yielded a few very old posts. Both places mentioned in those older posts seem to still be around in one fashion or another but seem like they aren't quite what I prefer. (They seem to have a lot of dark roasts and I don't know about freshness. Anything up there truly good?
