I got to try Klatch yesterday as I passed through LAX (and was I ever happy to see them there).  I'd been on the Big Island in Hawaii for over a month and I hadn't had a decent espresso based drink in that entire time.  The Big Island is an espresso desert in a coffee heaven.  They sure can grow it, but after that they really seem to be clued out.  Overheated HX's and over-roasted beans are the norm on the Big Island.

Anyway, I asked for a "traditional" cappuccino, having been burned so much recently.  The girl at the counter wasn't sure what I meant so I explained it (in my world it's 6-8 oz. including a doppio shot) and the barista turned out an really exceptional drink.  Their espresso blend is outstanding.  The young barista making the drink was being closely supervised at the time by a very nice lady with more experience, so it might have been a training session, but nonetheless I got much more than I'd have hoped for at an airport!
