Traveling to SF later in Feb and staying in town near Union Sq. Can someone recommend any high end shops in that area or not too far away? Thanks.

SF is chopped full of great places for coffee.

Awhile back, someone posted a public google map of places in the bay area, I can't find the link, sometimes the forums here are laggy to me and tonight is one of those.

The world needs more outstanding coffee.

do you game?:

Blue Bottle is probably going to be closes to where you're staying.

Not too far are Sightglass and Ma'velous, Ma'velous being a multi-roaster shop and a good way to try different coffees and preps.  Wrecking Ball Coffee is also about the same distance away and you might want to check that out.  There's so many, it's hard to chose.

Has anyone been to the new Wrecking Ball Roasters Cafe on Pacific yet? I was there today, but they had just closed.
