Hello all,
New to the site and even newer to quality home espresso making. In my research over the past half year (have gone blinder with the wealth of information here) I have finally settled on what I want. I live in the Las Vegas area, and vendors for espresso machines and accessories do not exist here. My question is has anyone here ever had experience and dealings (puchases, cutomer support) with BarristaLab ? They are Los Angeles, CA based. I have family there that I visit often, so traveling there is a non-issue should I need support from them in the future.

I've wondered the same thing. Noticed that you have to make an appointment to visit, makes me think that they do more business online than in-person. Seen some of their youtube videos, seem nice enough
