They have been there awhile. For a long time, they were hum drum. Well, they have decided to come up in the world and have been studying coffee from some of the great roasters around the US. As a result, they have improved their overall profile tremendously.
Now, I'm a coffee snob, not an espresso hound. So I can't tell you anything about how good their espresso is. I can tell you that they no longer store coffee in air pots, they have a set up to hario pourover of their own roasts and even of a guest roaster from out of the area, the one today was .... Red Bird??
When times are busy and people in more of a hurry they do large french press pots and cycle them frequently.
If you haven't visited there before and live in the inland empire, they are worth a try.
