Coffee brewed using a Hario Woodneck which uses a reusable cloth filter. Both the coffee beans and the brew water are weighed.

The barista told me that brewing coffee using a Hario Wooneck is more forgiving compared to brewing coffee on a V60.

I ordered a latte and challenged Jared to pour a triple rosetta.

Here it goes. Pouring rosetta 1, 2, 3.......4! What's going on here? I ordered a triple rosetta, not a quadruple rosetta. Canít this barista count? I want my money back! Just kidding. Pouring a quadruple rosetta is pretty amazing!

I enjoyed the latte sitting at one of the windows having a view of Pacific avenue. Nice latte! Nice and smooth, and the espresso cut very well through the steamed milk.

Just two blocks from the new Pac Ave Verve coffee house is Lulu's at the octagon. While walking over to Lulu's in downtown Santa Cruz I passed this music group.
