After a wonderful meal by Top Chef Michael Voltaggio, my wife got coffee. Few minutes later the waiter comes out with an all metal french press. He pushes down the filter at the table to serve the coffee. Impressive? Eh. It was a 32 ounce french press for one. He left the french press on the table to over steep. She already thought the first cup was too strong, but then after topping off her cup, she had to add even more sugar and cream. I should have told the chef about the coffee service when we went to the back to meet him. Yeah right! Very nice guy. For anyone going there definitely get the Jidori Chicken.
