I found a few threads discussing roasters/shops in Syracuse, but all of them are 6+ years old.

So...
- Cafe Kabul.
- Kind Coffee.
- Freedom of Espresso.

Others? Updates?

I'd like an exceptional shot. I'd like to buy some fresh, locally-roasted beans. I'm ordering online for now, but I want to support my Syracuse friends!

Wow! How did I miss this? These guys are < 1 mile from my house, they're at my kid's soccer games... I just assumed they were big pump-carafe diner guys. I had no idea there was a roaster one neighborhood over.

I will try to get over there this week!

Hey - I hit Recess coffee this weekend. I had a double and she had a latte. Absolutely awesome. I bought a pound of their in-house, small batch espresso blend, brought it home and did it all again. I'm very pleased to have this level of coffee this close to home. I'm going to keep trying other shops, but this is definitely the best so far.
