This is an older thread, but I use Georgio's Coffee Roasters http://www.georgioscoffee.com/ out on Long Island. They used to be in Huntington but moved to Farmingdale. They roast on site, are friendly, and have a great espresso blend. They also are big on cold brewing for coffee. There are a few local places that use them and have some beans on hand, and the one spot I know in Long Island City that uses their beans and retails bags is called LIC Market http://licmarket.com/ which is one block up from the Citibank building at one court square. I know it's not Manhattan, but figured it is better then coming to LI and someone might be near there in the their travels....
