Hi -

I have an Quick Mill Alexia (2010) and a Mazzer Mini (2004) that needs some basic maitenance performed.  I have all the replacement parts, but frankly am nervous to do it myself and I'd like to have someone experienced help me out.  I can pay in cash for the help or high quality bourbon (as in the spirit).

The mazzer needs burrs replaced and I have the new ones.

The Alexia needs the gasket replaced and I have it.

I know the burrs are easy to replace, but I figured I'd have that done by someone that has done it before while the gasket is being replaced.  I also figured it be good to learn from someone.

I actually live in Jersey City, not New York City, but I'm a 10 minute train ride from lower Manhattan.  I have some delicious bourbon and other whiskeys at home ...

Honestly, these are 2 of the easiest things to do. I should not be allowed around tools, but I have done both of these tasks without problems. Here are some instructions for replacing the gasket:
