so i would like to go back to where we last left of... i am looking for an experienced barista for my coffee shop that is my number one concern at the moment and without him i cant do anything. does anyone know where i can look for a local barista that is pretty experienced in this business?

http://www.qathracafe.com/menu/ i looked at this place and i want to get a meeting going with the manager or owner regarding their business and their struggles and what not when it came to business decisions they were going to make when opening the shop. i was also referenced to these 2 local suppliers http://www.dallisbroscoffee.com/wholesale/ and http://buy.stumptowncoffee.com/blends-gifts.html what do you guys know bout these suppliers? spill the "beans":P lol. but yea if anyone knows bout local nyc/brooklyn baristas please do tell me. ty
