hey, I am wondering if anyone has recommendations on must try roasters from the midwest. I just placed an order with paradise roasters, but also looking for new espresso blends to try. Let me know your must haves from the Midwest.

There are so many in Chicago alone that it's too time-consuming (for me at the moment) to list them all. See here, maybe? That thread is missing MadCap and several other notable midwestern roasters, but it's a good start.
