Im new to this so bear with me. I wanted to buy an espresso machine and know a second hand shop selling a Conti Xeos coffee machine for £750. Is this a good price for a 2 group? Im very new to the coffee industry and wanted some opinions from you guys. Anyone have any experience with this machine? Any opinions welcome.

Under $1, 000 in any currency for a working 2 group is a very good price as long as the manufacturer is still in business in case you need parts down the road which you will. Ask the seller if you can have a look inside of the machine. If it's in good shape and is currently being taken car of then go for it! If your thinking of using it commercially think about how much traffic you may handle.
