Hello
We are looking to add some 'cup of excellence' coffees to our offerings, but wanted to find out who the main importers are for these green coffees.
We've used 'the coffee hunter' before for non-COE coffees. I know they do COE but I wanted to know if there was anyone else so we can take a broader view of whats available in the market.
We would only want a pallette or 2 to start with, so we could consider much smaller players.
Also, Ive noticed a few European importers of COE green. Does anyone have an opinion about wether (or not) it's worth considering these sources.

Lots are quite expansive and small. The more pricey lots are usually shared among couple stakeholders. A lot of time small roasters will hire importer for auction proxy and handling logistics. Many roaster end up taking in the whole lot, pending on price and quantity. Since you are not bidding on the auction, your best bet is to contact the auction winner to source the coffee.
