Subject: Budapest?

Hi, all, I go to Budapest twice a year for family visits, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for good coffee available at a cafe. I usually default to the restaurant/cafe next door to the Alexandra bookstore at Nyugati, which is actually not bad, but wouldn't mind finding some place a bit more involving....

The west end shopping area has a few coffee shops inside that are decent and the Arena shopping center near the Keleti station has several coffee/Espresso shops including a new Starbucks. I'm an Expat that's been looking for fresh roasted coffee beans in Hungary but have yet to find any. Seems I can't get anything fresher than store bought bags that may have been on the shelf a little too long. Purchased some beans at the new Starbucks with ok results but who knows how long the trip from the states was before they got to the shelves. Good luck.
