I just returned from a week in Prague. No recommendations. The coffee in the hotel was awful - Crowne Plaza, Prague Castle. I even videoed their coffee machine dispensing my breakfast 'espresso'. The fastest I have seen in my life. 2 seconds for a 60ml 'shot'. OMG! Is that what they regard as espresso? Actually, the best coffee I found on that trip was on the Air France flight back out of Prague ... serving Illy pods on request in Business Class. I certainly wasn't expecting that.
What I can 100% recommend is the Segway Experience tour of Prague. Three hours on a Segway, through the parks, streets and squares. Absolutely brilliant. You'll find them listed on Trip Advisor.

Tried several cafe spots. coffee they served probably just been near coffee on the shelv and had title on the box besides that it had nothing in common with word "coffee" :) Probably there are few cafes worth attention in capitol city of czech republic but you would have to ask local society about it or search on local websites of prague. i did not have time for it and went to cafe that was mostly exposed in city center hah.
