Just an FYI for those interested in less well known roasters: Beyond Bread, an artisan bread bakery at 4th and Alma is now now doing small batch bean roasting. The espresso is delicious. They know their coffee (they also sell 49th) and it shows in the product. The bags are on the shelf but not even labelled nor do they advertise that they sell coffee so you just kinda gotta know. Try it. Ps: As a barometer for my coffee palate, I frequent 49th, Elysian, Revolver, Crema, Matchstick

Revolver's location in Gastown has been expanded and there's a lot more space. They have amazing coffee on site, are very knowledgeable and you can buy beans as well (Heart, Ritual, Bows and Arrows, Phil and Sebastian's etc).
