I just wanted to throw it out there the Jimmy O at Museo in Saskatoon is doing a fantastic job to bring quality coffee to the Prairies. Having been out that way for work from Winnipeg (which is void of good coffee unless you hang at my house) I was incredibly impressed with Jim's set-up. Congrats on the cafe and everyone if you are in Saskatoon, stop in and enjoy.

I will definitely second that. A beautiful interior, and the view to the outside is the best I have ever seen in a coffee shop. If you go on a Saturday you are assured to see a wedding party getting their photos done there.

I don't know about his shop, but I know he has a beautiful website (including great photography) which probably is a good indication of how great Museo is. Kind of wish I had a reason to get out to Saskatoon from Down East.
