Hi,
any idea where I could find a K30 Vario in the Montreal area?  The usual suspects (Mali, Union, CafeCreme) don't carry it.

I'd be interested in a used one too if available :)

Hello, I have made the same search 2 years ago but cannot find a supplier.  I end up buying it from Chris Coffee.  In Canada, Idrinkcoffee sell this grinder.

You should be very happy with.  This is a great machine.

Yes that's what I assumed.  it'll probably be idrinkcoffee.  Maybe I'll wait and save some more for the k10 fresh.  Coming from the Mazzer SJ + galab timer combo, I gain noise reduction, and cleanliness with the vario. Don't know if I gain anything on the consistency side.  Noise is the major factor right now... we'll see...

I have had Mazzer grinder and the K30 is really more silent.  I have seen a lot of grinders but nothing close of the K30 for silent.  Timer is precise and consistency is constant ;o)

I am really happy with.  You can drop a line to Slawek at Idrinkcoffee and sometime he sell demo at a good saving.

I would put a +1 on the compak K-10 fresh. I have used both grinders and LOVE the conical. it is all a matter of opinion though, they are both awesome machines, I just find the k10 to pull brighter shots than the k30. just my 2 cents.

This retailer has the K30 Vario. And they're based in Montreal.
