For those of you in the Toronto area I'm hosting a Drunken Latte Art Smackdown at Lit Espresso Bar (810 College St.) on July 27th at 8:00.
So what a Drunken Latte Art Smackdown means is that two baristas go head to head pouring the best latte art they can, the winner goes on. The catch though is before each pour the barista has to take a shot of whiskey. If you have a steady hand and think you're up to the challenge come on down and pour. It's $5 to compete with all the cash going to the winner who will also receive the mighty golden jug and crowned the Lord of Lattes.
For those of you not feeling like picking up a jug and a shot, we'll be pouring cheap draft all night and playing a mix of soul and rock and roll.
