I know there is already a threat on that but I need that every body see it!

Ok so first of all I order a item that wasn't listed as back order (And it isn't yet !!!!!!). (march 11 2013)

I live in Quebec so Ontario-Quebec is like 2-3 days for a package. I order on monday and wait for the next week to call. When I call (march 20 2013) someone told me that an email was supposed to be send to tell me that it was back order but it asn't. The guy told me that its shipping should arrived on friday or next monday (march 19 - 22 2013). I wait to the next week to call (april 2th 2013) I guy answer and told me that he doesn't know where my package where and tell me that he was going to call me later. 2 hours later I call back, I talk to someone else who told me that they don't know when there shipping from the warehouse will be. I ask him about open box of my item and he told me that there was one open box. He told me that he will send me picture of it later that day (I never got them yet)....


Seriously I am not recommending this site!!!!!! The service realy suck!!!!

So finaly I got a positive point  I paid with paypal and I reclame my money yesterday and got my money back today so!

Hi,

I regret this situation.  We have been back ordered on the Lelit PL53 for a few weeks and communication should have been better.

A full refund was available at anytime and provided the moment it was requested.  

We strive very hard to fill all orders promptly and to communicate out of stock items but it seems there was a failure here for which I apologize.  I have been a member of this forum for a number of years and many people here know me personally; I try to make myself available to anyone who needs help or any issues addressed.
