Please share the retailers/websites with which you've had the best experience.
I'm looking for pre-roasted. I live in the northern GTA and normally buy beans from the place in Kensington Market; however, I have a baby on the way and not sure how often I'll be able to make the trek downtown.
My main concerns are: freshness of bean/roast, reasonable shipping price to my office in midtown Toronto, price (in this order).

Hi Don,
Welcome to the Coffeegeek forums! {;-)
I'd go with Social Coffee COE Cup Of Excellence (2nd place in 2011 SCAA competition), organic, direct trade microlot coffees & free delivery on a coffee order of $25.00 & up.

I order from Roaste (Klatch, Vivace), Redbird, Rituale, Stumptown. I roast too so I don't order all the time.
I just ordered from Social to check it out. If you live in the US it requires $30.00 purchase for free shipping. Looking forward to seeing if i like it.

Matthew Taylor (formerly of Mercury) has started up Manual Labour Coffee and is doing home delivery of quality coffee. Detour and a different feature roaster each month. Currently starting off with Madcap ... http://www.manuallabourcoffee.com/index2.php#!/Coffee_Shop
I believe Roaste is now defunct, but I could be wrong. Check out GoCoffeeGo for a similar site with more high quality options (IMHO), great service, and quick shipping (but you have to contact them about shipping to Canada). Verve has free shipping and incredible options, but again, I'm not sure about shipping to Canada. A couple places to check out.

+1 on Social.
I like their product and you free ship via ExpressPost in Canada when you but 2 bags. Beans are always within a few days of roast date when I get them.
