Picked up my Behmor on Saturday at Greenbeanery. I tried my first 3 roasts Yesterday (Sunday), all I can say is WOW! What a great roaster! It is SO quiet! There is definetly a learning curve for this machine though, I scorched my first roast, under cooked my second, but nailed the third and got a beautiful even roast to full city with my favourite Brazillian.
