Hi Craig - that's the channel for the scheduled shows, but there is now a Food TV 'on demand' channel (like the TMN on demand, if you have Rogers).  So if you missed this show on 56, you can watch it whenever on this station.

Ok, cool!., I didn't see that.., but just ckecked it out on the channel lineup.

I'm going to check this out tonight.

Me too then! {;-)

Hi Jas, Yes I have it too ROD (Rogers On Demand) channels 100 & 300 for previewing., but not FNOD Food Network On Demand as that's an extra billable service.. We do or did have Time Shifting though, so the programs can be watched at a later date.

There are a lot of ways to configure/buy what ya want from Rogers that's for sure!

So that particular show is on ROD and FNOD...I didn't think I was paying for that service but may have to double check.  Too many channels anyway...

Thanks.

So I watched the Food Jammers episode about building a BBQ roaster.  They did a good job with the build (in the end) and they charted the profile, etc., you can tell they read about the process.

Best part was when they cupped the 5 coffees.  Their feedback on what they tasted was classic...worth watching just for this 2 minute segment.

Reminds me of the homebrewing beer days.....

1 day later and it is Saturday...yah she is aged enough.... open em up!!!

It was pretty intense tho with my buddy, as we had every carboy, demijohn we could beg, borrow or steal. We had 52 gals on the boil at once. Talk about a fermentation lock symphony!!!

I happened to be flipping through the channels and caught the show right at the beginning. As soon as I saw "Cafe Artigiano" I thought "CoffeeGeek". I liked this episode a lot. Bob Blumer did very well and I am very suprised how he got 3rd place after barely being able to steam milk and pull shots. His signature drink looked very nice.  I saw Mark? I expected him to be at the competition in some shape or form. :P As for the bad taste part where he is spitting out the coffee, I didn't really understand how Bob could have really screwed something like that up. On the floor I do remember him tasting someone else's drink but I didnt hear any negative comments, probably because I wasn't really paying any attention to whispers.
