Preview: I have it at about 1.4 now...and it is idling higher around 205F at this point...I'll watch it to see if it stays consistent but I'll probably dial it back a bit.  Thanks

Preview: I ALWAYS think about how difficult/expensive it must be for stores to keep FRESH ROASTED coffee on their shelves unless they move a lot of beans. I, too, have seen coffee that is past its prime sitting...

Preview: "Why haven't roasters embraced freezing coffee?"  I can't speak for others but when I embrace freezing coffee my teats get cold.  I find embracing something more around 98.6 F to be more pleasurable.
