Preview: Definitely not in the frame of mind early in the morning to grind by hand.. Any Ideas on where to get a used K30? I would like to find something that fits on the counter. Thanks for the reply!

Preview: The grinder is more important than the machine:  the grinder makes the espresso; the machine is merely a hot water delivery device.

Preview: Congrats!  Are you willing to grind by hand? The HG-One has the most Burr for the buck and is just under $1k. It will outlast you and maybe the next generation.   There are a few here that bought Fortes...

Preview: When my toddler was still a baby we used a Zojirushi to boil the water and keep it hot. We would then sterilize the bottles, and fill them with the water from the Zojirushi. Very useful.   At 18 months...
