Preview: I watched the video.  The start/stop seems to work, but it appears the water heating is turned on and off using that method.  Two things stood out to me.  One is the need to stir the grounds apparently...

Preview: It's mere speculation either way. Neither machine has a long track record. This whole decision can be maddening. Either way, you will have a machine far better than your Gaggia.
