Who can use this forum? If you run a cafe, and want a to hire a pro Barista, you can post your help wanted advert in there. If you want to hire an apprentice roaster, or management for your cafe, you can also post your ad in there.
If you're a Barista or another retail professional in the coffee trade and are looking for a better position, you're allowed to post your "Looking for work" ad in this new forum, and you can even tag your resume in Word or PDF format to your post if you like.
This forum is specifically not to be used for job placement service agencies, nor for any other kind of advertising. The position must be retail sector, up to the managerial level. No sales positions, no marketing positions, nor any executive positions can be announced in this free forum.
This service is provided for now at no charge, though this may be subject to change. It's offered at no charge because I want to help those super serious Baristi out there to find the best possible placement and jobs for their skills. Nothing like this exists right now online, so we've provided the place here.
