We are looking for both Full time and part Time coffee roasters for our Facility North of Boston. Duties include: -Roasting -Roaster Maintenance(cleaning and preventative maintenance) -order fulfilling with 100% accuracy -numerous other duties as required -computer skills: use of various programs and basic design elements in XL, Word, Corel Draw
Candidates must be: -passionate about coffee -have a laser like focus and attention to detail -capable of remaining alert and attentive while standing in one place for extended periods -physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs overhead and team lift 150+lbs -strong communication skills and ability to take direction -Commit to working at least one year for us
