Starting artisan roaster/cafe in Boston area. Looking for motivated entrepreneurial roaster to join me. We could either partner up if you have some capital to invest as well, or work on salary. You must be a reasonably experienced roaster with a great deal of passion for coffee!
I previously worked in fund management for 12 yrs. I also started a successful franchise f&b from the ground up in Singapore with my partner before I had to return to the US. I am very honest, hard-working and have some capital. I expect you to have at least the first two. Please contact me at michael.gunton (@gmail.com)  if interested. Thanks, Mike
