I own an espresso kiosk using beans from a local roaster. Now it's time to up my game and learn the ins and outs of roasting. Your roaster+ my labor, beans and money=a great chance for you to cash in from roasting downtime and for me to learn the craft. I've owned my place for 4 years, sell about $1000-$1200 per day in drinks and pastry and just want to move into creating better beans, drinks and hopefully a better business. It's time for me to expand and improve my business and this just seems like the right path.
I'm located in Burlingame but will travel to S.F. or as far as San Jose 2 days a week to get this going.

Oh, I'm not using the guy I currently use to learn the trade because he is just too large and has not shown an interest in taking on something like this. (He also does not do the quality sourcing and roasting that I am interested in). He roasts on a Probat 90k and that batch is way, way too large. I'm looking for something in the 5k-15k range.
