Gorilla Coffee, a Brooklyn-based Micro-Roaster and Retailer, is now hiring for a Full-time, Professional Barista Trainer and Manager.
Core responsibilites include: training new staff, continuing to improve skills of current staff, being an advocate and educator of coffee and to just love what you do. Some Managerial duties, such as maintaining the schedule and supplies, are also part of the job.
This is perfect for someone with specialty coffee and espresso knowledge, who loves to share and teach and who can continue to elevate the level of espresso drinks that are served at our Brooklyn store. Be passionate about coffee!
This is a salaried position and pays $40,000.
Benefits include Health Insurance, trip to Origin and Conference and various other coffee-related events.
