Hi folks. I've created this new forum specifically for the announcement and placement of wanted ads and resumes for the retail coffee sector only.
That means if you run a cafe, and want a to hire a pro Barista, you can post your wanted advert in here. If you want to hire an apprentice roaster, or management for your cafe, you can also post your ad in here.
If you're a Barista or another retail professional in the coffee trade and are looking for a better position, you're allowed to post your "Looking for work" ad here, and you can even tag your resume in Word or PDF format to your post if you like.
This forum is specifically not to be used for job placement service agencies, nor for any other kind of advertising. The position must be retail sector, up to the managerial level. No sales positions, no executive positions can be announced in this free forum.
This forum is provided for now at no charge for postings (though this may be subject to change). It's a step outside our usual "no commercial ads" policy because I strongly believe that talented Baristi and other service folks in the coffee biz should be given a venue to find the perfect job, where their artisan skills can be fully developed and appreciated. So, hope you enjoy, and I hope you find this new forum useful, both to find talented people for your business, or to find that "dream" barista job in your area.
