Any type of commercial, traditional or domestic coffee machine can be used to produce the espresso base for this great espresso cocktail. This recipe makes one Shamrock Express cocktail. Please always drink responsibly.
Ingredients – Makes 1 1 shot of espresso – cooled 35ml shot of Vodka 35ml shot of Baileys Irish Cream 35ml shot of Butterscotch Schnapps
Method Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled 2/3 full with ice Shake well for around 30 seconds Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and serve
