Forget Vodka and energy drinks, if you want to be dancing all night long then you need an Espresso Martini or two. Whether you wish to serve Espresso Martinis in your restaurant or bar or you just want to make a batch to enjoy with friends, follow the recipe below to produce exceptional cocktails everyone will love. Be careful though, they’re quite strong! Always drink responsibly.
You can use any type of commercial or domestic coffee machine to make the espresso base for this incredibly simple yet sophisticated coffee cocktail.
Ingredients: 60ml espresso – cooled 30ml of Vodka 25ml Vanilla gourmet coffee syrup 20ml Creme de cacao – White 3 coffee beans
Method: Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice Shake well for around 30 seconds Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with the 3 coffee beans Enjoy!

Sounds very similar to a white russian (except for the creme de cacao).
