The Holidays are fast approaching and I am having some trouble thinking up some good coffee recipes.
I mean sure you have spiced coffee to drink, and coffee cake, but I was wondering if anyone out there had any other interesting coffee recipes for the holidays?
My family are real coffee buffs, so it's always got to be around. :D
Take 4C coffee, strong and freshly brewed, combine with 1C peppermint schnapps and 3/4C crème de cacao in a small pot or saucepan. Mix well and heat until hot. Stir in 1/2C of coconut cream or heavy cream (coconut is tasty, and lactose-free if anyone in your family is lactose-intolerant or vegan). Top with a fresh mint leaf, massaged on the underside. Whipped cream optional.
