Ice Coffee is favorite drink of many. Especially during summer season, people living in hot regions enjoy drinking ice coffee. It is a refreshing and easy to make. Just mix coffee in water or milk and blend it with cream, sugar and ice-cubes. Before serving it to guests add a scoop of ice-cream as a topping and sprinkle coffee powder on it.

A couple more recipes for iced coffee (brewed hot over ice) other brewers:
Brazen beta iced coffee recipe 70 g coffee 550 ml water 340 g ice
The Brazen recipe probably needs a little tweaking. I tried it with 500 ml, 70 grams coffee and 340 grams ice and there was a lot of ice left in the pot. I then tried it with 600 ml water, 70 grams coffee, and 340 grams ice and the ice all melted and the coffee wasn't that cold. 550 ml water is probably about the right amount, or you could probably use 600 ml water and up the ice a bit. It was plenty strong with 70 grams of coffee. Make sure to use a long enough pre-soak with this much coffee. I filled a thermos last weekend with iced coffee and drank it the next morning and it was great. I knew I wouldn't have any way to make or heat coffee so this was a great alternative.
Single Serve Iced Kalita Wave 22 g coffee 140 g ice 220 ml water
This works great, just brewed up some iced coffee this afternoon.
Iced Kalita by Paul Yates ‏@PaulCoffeeFreak 45g coffee 300g ice, 420g H2O, finer grind, 200°F
