When it starts getting hot out I switch from cappuccino in the morning to ice coffee. I make several espressos (with an old Pavoni Europiccola) in the evening, add a little sugar. Put it in the fridge and its ready for milk and ice in the morning. J. Martinez is offering a Bunn BT-10 Drip coffee maker with a thermal carafe for the best ice coffee recipe here.

Sorry - the J. Martinez Ice Coffee was a contest and its finished. Here is the J. Martinez recipe for ice coffee. (sorry about the US measurements):

8 cups MARTINEZ Fine Coffee, brewed double strength
( 4 ozs. coffee to 48 fluid ozs. of water)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can Evaporated Milk
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Open both the condensed milk and the evaporated
milk and pour them into a large container.  Add
cinnamon and salt. Brew coffee and pour onto
other ingredients. Stir to blend. Refrigerate
for a few hours or overnight. Serve over crushed ice.

My own method is pretty simple - I brew up several espressos in the evening, add sugar, and refrigerate. In the morning I add milk and ice and enjoy my coffee.

The main website is here. J. Martinez ships around the world. You are liable for the coffee tax, though, in Germany.

I like to make iced coffee using the Japanese method where you hot brew coffee over ice to capture more of the bright fruity flavors and aroma of the coffee.  This method is probably best suited to people who like bright, fruity coffee and don't add a lot of milk or sugar to their brew.  I think the cold process favors chocolaty bass notes that would appeal to someone who might want a nice cold, sweet or milky drink to beat the heat.  You brew with less water and make sure that you melt all the ice if your going to share the batch so that everyone gets equal strength coffee, otherwise the first cup may be stronger then the last, more diluted cup.

For Chemex, I use this base recipe which may be doubled:

Iced Chemex
40 g Coffee
283 ml Water
196 g Ice (~8 cubes) washed

I'm going to try a single-serve version soon in my Aeropress with an Able Brewing metal 008 Disk filter soon, I've scaled down the recipe to this:

Aeropress Iced Coffee (beta)
14 g coffee
100 g water
70 g ice (~3 ice cubes) washed

I don't see any reason why you couldn't double the Aeropress recipe if you wanted too.  I actually made an improvised iced coffee on Saturday away from home with the Aeropress instead of a Chemex using 38 g coffee, 280 ml water, and 8 washed ice cubes.  The 38 g coffee and 280 ml water just barely fit in the inverted Aeropress, but the results with an Ethiopia DP Jimma -Nigusie Lemma I had roasted up were quite good.  Whenever I go see a movie, I like to bring along some iced coffee to enjoy, since I was out of town, but had the Aeropress in my backpack, I quickly brewed up this batch and really enjoyed it while watching Super 8 with my family.

Give the site search a go, I'm sure folks have discussed homebrew white chocolate sauce before. Something like condensed milk and some flavorings. As for the rest of the beverage, it's just milk and ice plus espresso, though in SB's case, it may be more like a moka brew or something.
