I heard about this recipe on another site and would like to share it!
-1 Cup of Coffee
-1/3 dark chocolate bar
-1 tablespoon of thick cream
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-Ice

  1. Make coffee, strain it, and leave it out to cool
  2. Fill a small saucepan halfway with water and heat.
  3. Crush chocolate in a bowl.
  4. When the water boils, place bowl over the saucepan so that the choclate melts.
  5. Melt the chocolate and remove the bowl from the heat.
  6. Stir ground cinnamon, hot chocolate, and coffee, then leave to cool.
  7. Whip cream.
  8. Find and thick glass and put several pieces of ice in it, pour in coffee with chocolate, top with whipped cream.
  9. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.

Here's the link to the site where I got it, http://en.rian.ru/infographics/20110601/164313060.html

Enjoy!

Gotta try this one. Based on the recipe, I believe I'll have a great afternoon coffee break with this. My mom loves ice coffee too, so I will surely give her the recipe after trying it out.
