Just pulled a double making it cubano style, but before I added the packet of raw sugar i used an equal amount of cayenne pepper to layer the two together. Gave a bit of spice to the sweetness of the Cubano, and left a slight tingle on the lips afterwards. The cayenne wasn't over powering but just the perfect hint. Try it! Also, if you make it a macciato and add cardamom and or fennel to the milk when you steam it turns out amazing.
