My friends just gave me a large handful of habaneros from their garden. I'll have no problem using them in food, but has anyone any signature-style drinks that could incorporate them?

If there are true Habernero's, then they are extremely hot. Ones that normally are not eaten whole, and most likely 1 goes into a pot of chilli.
Using 1 in any way shape or form, in a drink, I would suspect would burn, try at your own risdk.
WARNING: When handling/slicing these, you MUST wash your hand a couple of times with soap, and do not rub your eyes or other tender parts without a thorough washing. Or you will feel the pain. These are the bad boys of hot peppers, i hope your friend warned you.
