hey my dads recently opened a coffee shop the hot drinks we have no problem with .. however no matter how much i experiment with the frappuccinos its coming watery and so bitter... sigh please can someone guide me as how to fix it ... ive tried many recipies thanks plus we are looking for a trained professional barissta ...if anyone lives in dubai and is interisted plz let me know thanks a bunch

Try this: Keep the milk in a freezer until it's getting a little slushy.
Use a blender and start with at least 5-6 pumps of syrup from a dispenser (chocolate or white chocolate). Then add 1/2 ice and 1/2 milk to make 16 ounces, and toss in a couple of espresso shots. Blend until smooth.....add milk if it's too thick.
Of course, if your drinks are too bitter without adding a load of sugar then you have other issues that can be solved by brewing properly (i.e. use good beans at correct temperatures with good packing technique).
Sorry to say it, but if you think you are doing a good job with espresso and cappucino but they are both too bitter without adding loads of sugar then there is lots of room for improvement. Fortunately, there is also lots of information and help available in these forums!
