I need to know how how long the shelf life after openeing a container of liquid chai tea concentrate.  My boss loves it but rarely ever comes in, how long can I keep the same one?  And is it just steamed with equal parts milk or what???

               THANKS :)

If it starts to turn chunky, taste bad, etc its bad.

My general rule of thumb is 1-2 weeks.   I wouldn't keep an open container any longer than I'd keep milk.  You could also freeze some.

Yes I've heard of sipping chocolate, never tried it.

Oh, on the other part for the milk, if it is a concentrate it probably has directions.   However, in general you can probably do anything with it you would do with coffee for adding milk.
