Subject: Wine Flavored Coffee

Greetings,
I recently was served a cup of wine flavored coffee - it was fabulous! I can't find it anywhere and would like to make my own - not just add wine to the coffee but produce a flavored coffee. Can anyone tell me where to get  how-to directions to make flavored coffee???
Thanks!

Hi Camlle.  How pronounced was the wine flavor?  Did the drink taste like a few tablespoons of strong red wine were added to it or was it more a case of the drink having notes of wine?  If it's the latter, you can get some wonderful fruity tones with a well roasted, well prepared espresso or latte.  Where was it served and how was the drink prepared?

We have this Ethiopian blend that smells like fruity pebbles and has some nice fruity notes to it.

It was probably a characteristic of the beans/the way it was roasted/the way it was brewed. Your best bet is to either talk to the roaster or just buy the coffee from the place you got it.
