...should really put a funky name to it, but I use some FairTrade drinking chocolate (from Tesco) which I mix with cold milk. I then heat this with the steam wand, giving it a bit of foam. Pour in a double espresso and chill out somewhere...

I make hot chocolate with a different mix.  I found a cafe that makes hot chocolate with espresso and they call it a Chocolate Turbo

not nessecarily a mocha.... a mocha is more concentrated; an extraced esspresso with 1 part frothed milk and chocolate syrup; this sounds a bit more dilute with more of a focus on the chocolate to be honest... sounds nice tho...
