Posted Fri Aug 10, 2012, 1:24pm Subject: Are Braun Coffee Makers collectibles?
I am brand new to coffeegeek.com and this is my first post.
I presently have a keen interest in Braun Coffee Makers and have, for the fun of it, purchased about 25 on ebay.com. They are all made in Germany, are in great condition and make excellent coffee.
I would like to learn about the history of these coffee makers and the various US last manufacturing dates.
I would also be interested in knowing more about this particular coffee maker:
Braun Coffee Maker with steel carafe Type: 390 F 317 Models: KF 74, KF 740, KF 730 10-cup Carafe measures 6 1/2 inches high
I have the base unit and need a steel carafe for it. I would be appreciative if anyone has one or knows where one may be available.
Also, if anyone has a Braun coffee maker manufactured in Germany for sale I may be interested.
