TM, welcome to CG, and also to the crazy, frustratingly wonderful world of espresso. Make sure you have a proper espresso GRINDER, or you won't be getting anything close to what your machine can yield quality wise. If you don't have a grinder, please check out our CG Consumer grinder reviews
