I have a "smart" phone w/AT&T unlimited account and use it primarily for voice and email communication. My laptop went down early last week, with a serious problem that required hospitalization. After a couple of days with no internet, I broke down and started browsing on the phone.
Given the screen size there are obvious limitations and even with Apple's design ability to zoom, etc. various sites go from friendly to horrid.
I'm here to report that Coffee Geek's site is very friendly to mobile browsing. The font size is sufficient to locate threads that one wishes to read, they are easily expanded and zoom while keeping the whole paragraph width on the screen. Nice work! What would however take more effort than I'm willing to expend would be typing out meaningful paragraphs to post. I am able to go cryptic responses to emails and the like but typing paragraphs...I don't think so!
I read the NY Times online, daily and found this site to be a mobile disaster. This morning, with my laptop back up, I went to their site and punched in on their ad for a full version of the paper, enhanced for both screen and mobile use. It's $3.24 a week and downloads to one's computer daily where it remains for a week. You don't need to be online to browse the edition, once loaded. That got me thinking, for starters on why they don't make their free online version mobile friendly. Newspapers are in real financial trouble so further thought led me to sign up for the weekly fee and enhanced version. I've enjoyed reading the paper for so long, for nothing, that my conscience if not my desire for the full print version got the money out of my pocket.

The site works just fine via the Apple I phone !! I listen to the podcast and check the forum often. The I phoned virtual key board is slick .. I can type away with it and my eyes are indeed middle aged.
