Sweet blue (a Daterra from Brazil) roasted by Redbird. Brewed in a chemex. Actually the last everyday coffee I liked was also a good Brazil.

I've become very fond of Sweet Blue.  I get it from a local roaster (Eighth & Roast) and I also brew in a Chemex.   I do wish it were a bit bolder.  Just seems a little too subtle to me.  But for now, it is my favorite coffee.

I was introduced by a friend to Nicaraguan Marango coffee and it has been my favorite for years.  City roasted freshly ground coarse for my French Press. I drink it BLACK.  I have always had to source it online, I can never find it locally.

My normal everyday espresso is Bodka Coffee's Main Squeeze Espresso. bodkacoffee.com

Nice bean blend with cherry, hazelnut, chocolate notes running strong throughout.  Pull it cooler for a little more cherry, pull it in the middle for more hazelnut, pull it hotter for more bitter chocolate.  It's quite a nice espresso bean at a reasonable price.

Their single origins are very nice too.  This morning's espresso was a Guatemala SO.

I’ve also been enjoying the Daterra Farms Sweet Blue, roasted by iDrinkCoffee in Canada. I live 20 minutes away, and can pick it up in person. I've been pulling it as espresso, as well as brewing with French press and my Brikka moka pot.

It really does taste like the “spicy chocolate bar” description.

I like South American coffees a good bit, and have been very happy with several Costa Rican roasts from a variety of roasters of late.
