Dry processed Ethiopian Sidamos. I can drink those every day and NEVER get bored with my cup.

Listen to the steam, the sign of a good drink is in it's acoustics.

Ethiopia for me as well.  I take it about 20-30 seconds into 2nd crack; a deep cup of coffee that still retains all its wonderful fruity sweetness.

Hey Sean, How dark is the Guatemala roast you are drinking?

Brazil and JBM are top for me.

Drip:
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe region. Wonderful fruitiness.

Espresso
Blends. Rarely a single-origin.  And almost always something with Ethiopian or Brazilian coffee. But honestly I usually have at least two or three different roasts I'm drinking at any time, all different.  So no favorite "everyday" coffee when it comes to espresso.

My coffee is made from Arabica beans grown in Malaysia.  I like the variety of flavors this company offers with less caffeine than most competitors.

I have enjoyed Costa Rican and Guatemala lately- medium roasts- for every day. I also like Sumatra.

Vietnamese coffee is more and more popular with Robusta in the world. However, any people are afraid of the high content caffein of Robusta which make them addicted. Why don't you mix Robusta and Arabica to have your own coffee style. My favourite combination is 40% of Arabica and 60% Robusta. It is not too sour, it is not too bitter, a mellow taste and very good flavour. The caffein is enough to wake me up to start a new day and be full of energy for a hard-working day. Try once! You will love it at the first trial time ;-)
